Children’s multi-arts program facilitated through school counselors under the direction of Hospice of the Comforter.

Programs offered:

• Sesame Street for Parents– Grief
• Back to School with Grief
• What to Say Instead
• Talking To Your Kids About Your Terminal Illness
• Camp Healing Hearts
  • Students from 1st to 12th grades who have lost a loved one
  • Free on-day bereavement camp
    • Focuses on processing a personal loss in a creative manner using:
      • Games
      • Activities
      • Arts & Crafts
  • Parents/guardians attend a private session near the end to learn how to help their child work through their feelings and emotions.
  • Facilitated by licensed mental health counselors and social workers
