Services offered:
- ABA therapy for children 2-21 in a structured center, home, school or community to teach the skills needed for them to be happy and productive.
- Extensive parent training to ensure everyone understand the treatment in place and how to be most effective.
- Up-to-date ABA techniques and strategies that have been scientifically validated and proven to be effective for teaching new skills and decreasing problem behaviors.
- Treatment includes:

- For Straight Medicaid or Medicaid HMO’s: ABA prior authorization is required. To request the authorization for assessment, you will need a referral letter from a Medicaid approved MD. The letter must include the following information:
- Child’s name, Date of Birth, Diagnosis, must state that ABA is medically necessary and must be signed by an MD. If any of these components are missing, the request will be denied.
- Medicaid also requires a copy of the diagnosis report from the physician showing what testing tools were used to verify the diagnosis.
- A report summarizing the results is required to request an authorization for an ABA assessment. They will also accept a copy of the current IEP that shows obstacles to learning and the need for additional services.

- Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
- Cancellation Policy
- There is a $25 No Show fee if the client does not show up for the session or is not home when the therapist arrives and no cancellation has occurred. We ask for a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel a session and we provide the same for our families.
