Services Offered:

  • Employment Services
    • Individuals can search for quality employment through the assistance of a job coach. The job coach can help with career development, career negotiation, training, accommodations, and more.
  • Pre-Employment Training Services
    • A 20-hour course that helps to prepare individuals for career success through letting job seekers practice skills like communication, teamwork, work ethic, and self-confidence and practical techniques for job searching like resume building, career exploration, and interview preparation.
  • Career Camp
    • A virtual camp that takes place during each school district’s summer, fall, winter, and spring breaks to help prepare students for successful careers through entertaining instruction of skill development, self-advocacy, career exploration, work-based experiences, and many other dynamic lessons.
  • Project SEARCH
    • A program that creates a school-to-work bridge. Students gain invaluable experience through participating in three 10-week internship rotations at a host business site,  and students explore various job interests and gain professional skills that lead to bigger and better career opportunities.
  • Vocational Evaluations
    • A program designed to help individuals analyze workforce options and identify career objectives and accommodations that fit with a person’s strengths, interests, and values.
